i think the phrase “on a dark and stormy night” would apply to tonight. i swear i saw ghostly figures in the fog on my mountain drive home…
i just wish it was a bit stormier, so stormy that by morning trees and power lines would be blown in the streets and i would be trapped as a welcome prisoner in my blue bed with my candles and my cats, drinking rose tea, reading the day away while listening to the rain fall on the deck.
Sounds like you need a “mental health day” :)
